NCAA Football 11 is one of the most expressive, realistic football video games out there. And it’s not even out there yet. EA Sports tribute to college football recently released photos of this yet-to-be-released video game offering, and the pics says it all.
The shot above ISN’T photoshopped – it came straight out of EA Sports new engine. With extraordinary lighting, and realistic leans, this game promises to be the best looking football video game we’ve yet to see. Some of the details: every time of day and night, you’ll see a new sky. Some may include various weather conditions to mimic realistic conditions. Using new technology called linear lighting, helmets, shots, and uniforms all look life-like. For the first time ever, so do the players. You’ll notice hair on legs, sweat glistening on arms, and skin pores – all in the name of realism.
EA Sports once again sets the pace. Players can determine their own playing levels, either letting the computer automate play selection or letting you choose. One of your first orders of business will be to take the Madden Test, which is designed to pinpoint skills on running, passing, run defense and pass defense.
